A business that is not growing is a drag, it is going no place and it will get there fast. If you are content with being small and just getting enough to stay in business, cross success of your list of goals. Don’t get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with starting small but after 10years it’s no longer a start

One of the best ways to grow is basically partnering with someone else. Before you start whining about sharing your success with a stranger, think about what you have now. You have to be strategic, vet the person and their values and then only then can you partner up with them. You have to figure out what you want your expansion to be, the area you want it in and then look for a partner that fits your vision.

The worst thing you can do is find the partner then draw your vision based in who the partner is. You want to draw the vision up then have whoever you want fit within that vision, that’s the only way forward in a successful venture.

Find a partner, expand your empire.
